I’ve been in many strange situations in my life but being in lower Manhattan with no energy left me speechless
The day was cloudy but still warm. With the sun playing hide and seek with us. For the class Benji, Edouard and I went to a gallery exhibit and a beer & burger. While on the walk I paparazzi them a bit.
This was an interesting and challenging session because it was just me and the model at the beach at 2PM.
The sun was up high and shining with all its splendor. And people would be fishing, walking or sunbathing. Nobody offered to hold the diffuser or help in with the reflector.They just stare with hands inside their pockets. So avoiding tough shadows was the trick.
I played shooting against the sun and using flash at fast aperture speeds.
Not bad for the last days of summer.
